Technical Staff

We are building a unique data and process integration platform dedicated to real-time, collaborative exploration of complex, information-based problems. We’ve recently spun out of MIT, and thriving as we create an awesome product and company.

We are looking for new team members with amazing technical skills and collaborative attitudes, that enjoy having the freedom to innovate and invent, while advancing new ideas and implementations, and shaping the product direction.

This is your chance to be a critical part of this development team.

Full-time positions are available immediately for:

  • Front-End UI Developers passionate about creating well-architected user interfaces and fluent in current best practices for responsive and accessible design
  • Junior and Senior level Software Engineers that have the ability to work across all layers of the application, from back-end databases through to the UI
  • Data Scientists skilled at pattern recognition, predictive analysis, data mining and expert system concepts

We’re looking for developers with knowledge of software systems and design principles, that can code the entire stack, with an interest in:

  • Designing and building Web applications using HTML5, JavaScript, XML, JSON and RESTful web services
  • Building and maintaining large-scale, distributed, web-based platforms, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and delivering innovative features

We’re looking for data scientists with strong, hands-on development experience, with an interest in:

  • Developing novel data models, integrating diverse data types, utilizing SQL, NoSQL and other technologies
  • Building tools, workflows, and dashboards for data selection, pre-processing and enrichment
  • Creating predictive and automated machine learning algorithms

Expertise in some of the following technologies is desired:

C#, Java, SQL, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, R, Python

Enterprise BI Sales

We’re looking for a sales engineer with experience in business intelligence selling and with background in technology and enterprise software. As part of the inbound sales team you will be the primary contact for prospects and existing customers. Working in close coordination with engineers, you will be selling and creating solutions to help customers analyze exponentially growing business data. Candidates must have a deep understanding of customer pain points with existing solutions.

The ideal candidate will successfully leverage his or her existing networks to strengthen Composable Analytics’ client relationships, accelerate ongoing sales processes, and fill the sales pipeline with new prospects.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Driving enterprise sales process from introduction to close
  • Establishing and achieving new business revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Effectively and accurately managing sales pipeline in Salesforce to facilitate teamwork and management reporting
  • Deliver value proposition for Composable Analytics’ business intelligence solution to prospects
  • Conduct online product demonstrations. Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations.
  • Build loyal customer relationships to further develop business in existing customer. Persistence and ability to overcome obstacles are essential.


  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, including experience selling software solutions and/or data to healthcare institutions (strong references will be required)
  • Existing relationships with senior leaders in hospitals and healthcare practices that are East Coast based
  • Motivated by significant compensation percentages tied to performance, with tremendous upside
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism that is well-presented over the phone and in-person
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Ability to make strategic decisions with autonomy and confidence
  • Must understand the “start-up mentality” and thrive in a fast-paced environment
